1. activating the meaning of item ( third ) of para. No. ( 15 ) forth section of loans & investment law of the companies law no. ( 22 ) which state the following:

(( the company has the right to participate with the foreign & Arab companies in the field of executing works relevant to the company's goals inside Iraq )) .
