Al-mansor  State Contracting  Company is established according to the law of the ministry of reconstruction & housing no.66/62 , it is one of the buildings related to the Ministry of Reconstruction & Housing , it is one of the greatest  five companies currently working in Iraq specialized in erection works including residential  complexes , Hospitals , Drugs Factories , Developing  Airports ,  Grains  Warehouses, colleges’ buildings , Electrical Stations ,Telecommunication Exchanges ,Banks , Mosques , Religion Shrines & Gas Stations ...etc.

The company framework includes the board that is responsible for settling public policy according to the company local law  to reach the highest  level in  executing works , Productions & making good investments for Funds  & enhancing the national   economics performance .

The company headquarters is located in Baghdad  in addition to other three branches in Ninevah , Kirkuk , & Babylon 

The company has a group of different types of productive factories in governorates such as ( Baghdad , Kirkuk , Ninevah , and Hilla  ) , this group includes the most two important factories specialized in producing precast for residential buildings , the first one is located in Baghdad , the second in Kirkuk . As for al-nahrawan factory for producing concrete grade, it is located in Baghdad as well.
There are four factories for producing concrete block ( two in Ninevah , one in Babylon & the other in kirkuk which also includes tiles factory.
To decrease the time gap & enliven all previous mentioned factories , the company decided to adapt the investment law to enter the new & updated technology & scientific field in order to be able to execute modern residential buildings match with the climatic circumstances concerning

water , thermal and sound insulation , besides the exerted efforts to increase production through developing production line to correspond with the tasks committed to the Ministry of Reconstruction & Housing & the other specialized companies related to it  to fulfill needs for the residential complexes which exceed three million residential unit .   

The comparison criteria for fruitful results is that the production should be characterized by modernity and light weight depending on local material , short execution period & suitable prices.
