To enrich the educational process that suffers from decrease in No. of Schools & for different Schools stages in addition to that the mass destruction that schools go through , for this purpose , Ministry of Education after 9/4/2003 events put a plan & huge national campaign to built different Schools in all Governorate ( Dyalla , Kerballa , Mosal , bable , Wasset , Falouja & Kerkuk ) to cover the necessary needs to all regions according to its need.

Ministry of Education would like to cooperate with the Ministry of reconstruction & Housing & it’s branches to execute (297) Primary & Secondary school share out to provinces & regions in different governorates as Ministry of Education participate in erecting Schools in Baghdad & Al-Mansour construction Co. share was (41) primary & secondary school , capacity ( 12 & 18) class .
The School consist from classes building of two floor , Administrator sector , warehouses , Laboratories , bathrooms , paths , sports yards & fences .
The Company started the executing of work after signing contracts with Building state committee one of Ministry of Construction & Housing branches according to the priority of site receipt & arrangement with resident engineer ( representative of the committee ) . the National center of laboratories & researches that belong to Ministry of Construction & Housing had special part in performance soil exam ( that depend by the National center of laboratories & researches In Schools designing which belong also to the Ministry.) in addition to that the continuality of Quality Control in executing the work through lab. Tests to all used construction material .

The special efforts of Al-Mansour Construction Co. cooperating with other related companies to Ministry of Construction & Housing was fruitful to pass & over come all the obstacles & adding adobe brick to Educational edifice process in New Iraq , through Company’ contribute in achieving all the schools except two schools because of the bad circumstances , although from all these difficulties that face it especially the bad security situation tent on most work sites synchronized with fuel lack & price raise from one side & the continuality of cutting electrical power in another side . all that cause raising in prices wildly comparison with the contract prices that seems decrease at submit time in addition to that shrink in work days , times , lack in workers & contractors abstain from executing the work in most regions .
