The project build on site its build up area is (64) donim , the project consists of ( 100) Residential building , (50) Structural building & (50) precast building , each building consists from three floors and each floor consists of two apartment , so the No. of apartments in the complex are ( 600) apartment , (300) apartment include (3) bed rooms with area (103)m2 for each apartment & (300) apartment include (2)bed rooms with area (103)m2 for each apartment.
The project consist of :-
one primary school built up area (2370)m2 .
Two secondary school built up area (1780)m2 for each school .
Sanitary Center built up area (300)m2.
Marketing Center built up area (240)m2
Mosque built up area (750)m2.
The Complex is surrounded by Asphalt streets connected with parks , with concrete roads to facilitate the link between the buildings & other services , they consider in designing the nature of the slope ground so they divided the complex to (6) sections deferent from its height from earth , there is green yards for entertainment around the complex, also the complex include complete nets :
Electrical net .

- Pure water net & fire.
- Irrigation net ( crude water).
- Sewerage water ( rain & street ) water.
